We Both is a money tracker for a household of one or more people. You type what came in and what went out; it adds it up and shows you where it went. This page is the agreement that comes with using it: what you can expect, what it expects from you, and the things it deliberately does not promise. Using We Both means you accept it.
Who this is between
It is between you and the person who builds and runs We Both, reachable at rithellyenzo@gmail.com. There is no company behind it and no support desk — one person reads that address.
What it costs
The ledger, the bills, the list, the chores and the calendar are free. The assistant is part of a paid subscription, one for the whole house, bought in the app through Apple and starting with a free trial. You cancel it in the App Store, and nothing starts charging by itself.
It is young, and young software breaks
Features change and disappear. Screens get redrawn. There is no guaranteed uptime, no guaranteed backup, and no promise that a particular thing will still exist next month.
Keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else as well. That is not boilerplate. It is a real instruction.
It adds up what you type. It is not advice.
Every figure in We Both comes from what someone in your household entered. It does not connect to a bank, it cannot see an account, and it never moves money. If a number looks wrong, the entry behind it is wrong.
Nothing here is financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for your bank’s own statements. Decisions you make from what you see are yours.
Your household sees your entries
A household is shared by design. Everyone in yours sees every income, expense, bill, list and task in it, and who logged each one — including anything you add by mistake. Only invite someone you would show all of it to. Privacy explains exactly what is stored and how to delete it.
What you agree not to do
Do not try to reach a household that is not yours, break the sign-in, hammer the API, or use We Both to do something illegal. Do not resell it or pass off its screens as your own product. That is the whole list.
Ending it
You can stop at any time and ask for everything to be deleted — the address above, from the email you signed up with.
An account may be closed if it is being used to attack the service or somebody else. Otherwise nobody is going to remove your access without telling you why.
What is not promised
We Both is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law where you live allows it, the person who runs it is not liable for loss that follows from using it: money decided on a wrong figure, data that goes missing, or time the service was down. Some places do not allow limits like that, and where that is true, this paragraph does not apply to you.
Which law applies
We Both is run from the United States, and these terms are governed by United States law.
That does not shrink whatever rights the place you live already gives you. Consumer protection is not something an agreement can sign away — most obviously for the many people using this from Brazil, where the Código de Defesa do Consumidor applies to you whatever this page says. Where your local law and this page disagree, your local law wins.
When these terms change
The date at the top moves and the new version replaces this one. A change that meaningfully affects you — price, or what happens to your data — will be sent to the address you signed up with rather than left here to be discovered.
